The History of Pipers Florist

In 1932 William Piper established Piper's Nurseries of Lingfield Common Road, this was later taken over by his son Peter Piper in the late 50's. Peter's daughters Ann and Sandra also had a passion for flowers and opened Piper's Florist of High Street, Edenbridge in 1966. They later ventured out on their own, Ann opening shops in Lingfield and Edenbridge and Sandra in Oxted. A few years later, Sandra sold her Oxted shop and moved to Sevenoaks, whilst Ann sold her Edenbridge shop and settled in Lingfield.

In 2009 Ann's daughter Jo joined the family business and in 2013 we re-opened our doors in Oxted once again to our customers, old and new, going back to our roots with the name 'Piper's. We look forward to welcoming you soon....
